We recently had the opportunity to photograph the Shinsei Gardens housing development in Alameda on what used to be part of the Alameda Naval Air Station. Photographed for RCD, we’ve photographed a number of projects for RCD and this is by far the most stunning affordable housing project we’ve seen. Designed by architect Erick Mikiten, this project is sure to win accolades.
